Aberystwyth is located the west coast of Wales, and is a popular area for tourists and students. It is home to the University of Wales Aberystwyth and the National Library. Aberystwyth is nestled between three hills and two beaches, and hosts some castle ruins, a pier and a harbour. The hills contain remains from the Iron Age as well as a monument to Wellington. Atop the hills, you can survey the fantastic views of Cardigan Bay, which can be easily accessed by The Aberystwyth Electric Cliff Railway; the longest electric cliff railway in Britain. It travels up Constitution Hill from the northern end of the town's promenade with trains running every few minutes during the spring, summer and early autumn.
