Lichfield is a town of 27,900 inhabitants in the county of Staffordshire. Lichfield is famous for its three-spired cathedral, upin which building commenced in 1195, to be completed in the 1330s. The town of Lichfield dates back to 669, when the town was mentioned in Bede's History.
